Defects Form - Boats, Cycles, Buildings

Please report any defects you have found whilst using the Training Centre or its equipment. As an example: "broken oar", "broken lock", "flat tyre", "broken door handle", "toilet not flushing". If you can then follow this up with how it happened to give a fuller picture that would be useful.

If report is for a cycle and it is not roadworthy, it must be taken out of service and put into paddlesport store to await repair.

Please note: We are more interested in finding out and solving a problem than accusing anyone, if a problem goes unreported it cannot be fixed.
